How Can We Work Together?
A Therapy Space Built Around You
Therapy, to me, is not about fixing what was never broken or forcing people into boxes. It is about creating space to understand yourself more deeply, gently, and honestly.
I work with people across the lifespan, with a particular focus on neurodivergent individuals
and youth. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or
exhausted from navigating a world that does not always accommodate their nervous
system or way of being.
Together, we slow things down, make sense of what is happening beneath
the surface, and work toward greater self trust, self-compassion, and relief.
