Professional Background & Experience

Neurodiversity Affirming & Lived Experience Informed
-
As a late-diagnosed AuDHD woman, I bring both professional training and lived experience into this work.

-
I know how powerful it can be to feel truly seen, not as a diagnosis, a label, or a problem to solve, but as a whole person with strengths, sensitivities, creativity, and complexity.

-
Pets are always welcome and encouraged in sessions.

-
Whether that means a cat walking across your keyboard, a dog insisting on sitting close by, or a stuffed animal offering quiet background comfort, they are welcome as part of the process.

-
You may also occasionally meet my cat, Tina. She takes her role as office presence seriously and is known for strong boundaries, excellent timing, and a firm belief that therapy is best when conducted near a warm laptop.
Pets Are ALWAYS Welcome Here
