Supportive Counselling that celebrates

Welcome to

Services

Hey, I'm

I created as a space for colourful minds... the quirky, the curious, the ones who’ve been told they’re “too much” or "too different".
Everyone deserves a place to feel safe, connected, and accepted. That’s what I aim to offer here.
As a late-diagnosed, AuDHD woman, I know what it’s like to feel eccentric, overwhelmed, loud, & misunderstood.
This practice is shaped by that lived experience and a deep respect for anyone trying to be their best self.
You’re welcome here, exactly as you are.

Therapy at is flexible, collaborative, and shaped
around what feels most supportive for you. There’s no right way to show up, and no expectation to have things figured out ahead of time.

Inclusion & Community Commitment
This practice is proudly LGBTQIA2S+ affirming. I am committed to ongoing learning about the experiences, needs, and strengths of LGBTQIA2S+ communities and to creating a therapeutic space where people of all gender identities and sexual orientations feel safe, respected, and able to be fully themselves.
I stand in solidarity with Black, Indigenous, and racialized communities and recognize the ongoing impacts of systemic inequities. My work is grounded in a commitment to cultural humility, equity, and practices that honour the dignity, voice, and lived experiences of every person.
I also strive to provide care that is neurodiversity-affirming and attentive to accessibility and disability inclusion, recognizing that healing spaces should welcome all minds, bodies, and ways of being.
I respectfully acknowledge that I live and work on the traditional territories of the Erie, Neutral, Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee, and Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. I view allyship as an ongoing practice of learning, reflection, relationship, and accountability, and I remain committed to continuing this work.
